User Submissions
Big Break Enterprises Inc. (“BBE”, “we” or “our”) enjoys and welcomes our users (“you” or “your”) submissions, suggestions and ideas, however, they are sent to us online (“Your Submissions”). We receive many of them but in all cases you understand and agree that if you decide to share Your Submissions with us: you hereby grant BBE the perpetual, unlimited, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable license without compensation to you of any kind to use such information or ideas in any manner we may choose including copying, reproducing, publishing, distributing, creating derivative works of, adapting, translating, transmitting, arranging, modifying, sub-licensing, assigning, sharing, with any person or otherwise use, any of Your Submissions without limitation. We shall not be shall be liable for any use or disclosure of any of Your Submissions nor subject to any obligations of confidentiality regarding any such information unless specifically agreed by us in writing. Additionally, you warrant that any “moral rights” in Your Submission have been waived. If you submit anything you also warrant that you are of the age of majority, have the right to grant the rights set out above and that our use of the information would not infringe any other person rights. You will indemnify us if it does.
